CTRACKER is online compliance tracking software. It keeps all your statutory and internal deadlines in one place and reminds your team daily so nothing is missed.
What type of compliances does it track? +
You can track statutory compliances like Income Tax, GST, PF and ESI, as well as internal items like reporting schedules, internal audits, and salary and wage payments. Many users also track renewals of passports, licenses and leases, and even client birthdays and anniversaries. Your imagination is the limit.
Do you have a mobile app? +
You do not need one. The web app works equally well on every mobile. Add an icon to your home screen and a single tap opens your dashboard. There is nothing to download and nothing to update.
Is the fee one-time or recurring? +
The fee is recurring, paid yearly. We take care of hosting, security and updates. You simply log in and use it.
I manage many companies. Do I need a separate license for each? +
No. A single license covers your entire group of companies, and you can keep all their data in one place. Note that users can see the names of all the users in the system.
Can my employees see compliances I have entered? +
Each user only sees the compliances they entered for themselves or that are assigned to them, plus any assignments they have made to others. Access is password protected.
Do you have a reminder facility? +
Yes. Every user receives an email at 7 AM each day listing all the deadlines due that day along with any overdue items.
How do I pay and is GST included? +
You pay an annual subscription. The fee is ₹800 per month billed yearly, plus GST. We issue a proper GST invoice for your records.
Is my data secure? +
Your data sits on a password-protected, access-controlled account. Hosting, security and backups are managed for you by EbizIndia.
What happens after I book a demo? +
